After researching the price of a new one does anyone have or know of someone who has a Burke Sharpening System for sharpening wood carving chisels.

I haven’t used it. Typically I use my tormek clone with the carving attachment.
You have to be careful if you over buff them over time as that can steepen the cutting angle.
