I bought this saw new in 2021 and used it as my primary table saw through a lot of projects. It is in good operating condition, there are some cosmetic signs of wear.

It is surprisingly accurate and precise for a Job Site saw, I had no problems with dialing in accurate cuts using the fence and other adjustments.

One of the reasons I bought it is that it has an arbor and motor that can easily drive an 8" Dado Stack up to 3/4" width. The only thing I would say is that I had to clamp the blade height adjustment wheel in place to prevent the momentum of the Dado Stack from causing the height to decrease.

The ability to fold it up and roll it away is extremely helpful.

I think this would make a great first table saw or second table saw for someone. 

It doesn't fit in my car so a buyer will have to pick it up in Beverly, MA at my house. It will just roll out of my basement garage door.
