The space next to me is opening up and we are looking for a new shop mate.

If you don't want the whole space we could work something out.  I'd like a bit more elbow room but don't really want to take on the whole payment. 


We are in stow MA.  its roughly 12x24. with a 12 inch jointer, 20+inch planer and other assorted machines.  We have an elevator but people are not allowed to ride in it.

Insurance is required. 

Mark has the final say on who comes in.
